You can create a Picol account by following these steps on the Picol web or app.
Web operation step
Step 1: Go to Picol.com and click [Sign up] in the upper right corner.
Step 2: You can create an account using either your email or phone number.
In this example, we’ll use an email address. Click [Sign up with Email], enter your email, and create a strong password with the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Must include both letters and numbers
Next, click [Sign Up] to continue. Please note that using a referral code is optional, so you may continue without entering one.
Step 3: You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email (or SMS if you chose phone number). Enter the code, then click [Confirm] to complete the sign-up process.
App operation step
Step 1: Download and open the Picol app, then go to [Account] - [Sign Up].
Step 2: You can create an account using either your email or phone number.
In this example, we’ll use an email address. Click [Sign up with Email], enter your email, and then click [Next Step].
Step 3: You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email (or SMS if you chose phone number). Enter the code, then click [Next Step]. Next, set up a strong password with the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Must include both letters and numbers
Re-enter the same password to confirm, then click [Confirm] to complete registration. Please note that using a referral code is optional, so you may continue without entering one.

Q： I can’t find my country on the identity verification (KYC) page. What should I do?
A： At the moment, Picol only provides its services to residents of the following countries: South Korea and Thailand. If you are a resident of another country, unfortunately, you won’t be able to proceed with identity verification.
