How to Complete KYC

You can submit your KYC verification application by following these steps on the Picol website or app.

App operation step

Step 1: Open the Picol app and click [Account] - [Settings Icon] - [Identity verification] - [Verify].

Step 2: Review the conditions and requirements, and if they apply to you, click [Start] - [Continue], then select the ID document’s issuing country.

Step 3: Select the document type. Enable/allow camera permissions when prompted, take clear, unmodified photos of your documents, and click the [Document is readable] button to submit them.

Step 4: Click the [Continue] button, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the liveness check, and submit your application.

Web operation step

Step 1: Log in to your Picol account, click [Avatar Icon] - [KYC] - [KYC] -  [Verify] - [Start].

Step 2: Click [Continue on this device], then select the issuing country and document type. Click [Continue], submit clear, unmodified photos of your documents, and then click [Continue].

Step 3: Click [Continue] - [Continue]. Enable/allow camera permissions when prompted, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the liveness check and submit your application.

FAQ

Q： I can’t find my country on the identity verification (KYC) page. What should I do?
A： At the moment, Picol only provides its services to residents of the following countries: South Korea and Thailand. If you are a resident of another country, unfortunately, you won’t be able to proceed with identity verification.
