FAQ
Q: How do I check Small balances and convert history?
A: You can view small balances (less than the equivalent of 10 USD) under [Account] - [Primary Account]. And Historical dust conversion records can be found under [Account] - [Primary Account] - [Convert Small Balance (≤10U)] - [Collection History].
Q: Why do my holdings get lost?
A1: Reverse Split of Leveraged Tokens
When the price of Picol leveraged tokens falls below 0.05, or fluctuates significantly below 0.05, the reverse split mechanism is triggered. The reverse split multiples are usually 20, 50, 100 times, etc.
For example, let’s take a 50× reverse split:
Before the split, assume the user holds 1,000 leveraged tokens, each with a net value of 0.03, corresponding to assets worth 30 USDT.
After the split, the user holds 20 leveraged tokens (1,000 ÷ 50 = 20), and the net value of each token is 1.5 (0.03 × 50 = 1.5), still corresponding to 30 USDT in assets.
The reverse split does not affect the total asset value, but it reduces the number of tokens held. Therefore, it is not recommended to buy tokens when their net value is very low, since the price can continue to decline even after reverse splitting.
A2: Token Rebrand/Replacement
Sometimes, Picol may assist a token project with a rebrand or replacement plan due to changes such as a token name update or a mainnet upgrade. During the rebrand/replacement process, all bot orders and manual orders for the affected trading pairs will be canceled. Relevant historical records can be found under [Account] - [Deposit] - [History] - [Conversion Records].
