Incorrect Account:
If you have multiple Picol accounts registered with different phone numbers or emails, make sure you're entering the correct account information.
Incorrect Password:
Double-check the caps and spaces in your password. (Click the eye icon can check the password you input)
If you've forgotten your Picol account password, you can reset it by following the instructions in the “How to Reset Account Password” article.
Wrong Verification Codes:
If you are unable to sign in due to incorrect verification code issues related to Email/SMS or Google Authenticator, please refer to the following appropriate guides to resolve the issues: Email/SMS Verification Codes Wrong, Google Authenticator Code Error.
Please note that if you fail to sign in five times in a row due to incorrect login credentials or security codes, your account will be automatically frozen for 30 minutes for security reasons.
Network Environment:

App Login Issues:
