Step 1: After logging in, click [Wallet] - [Withdraw], read the tips, and then click [OK] to continue.
Step 2: Click the dropdown arrow, search for the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw, and select it.
Step 3: You'll see the available networks based on the cryptocurrency you choose. Select the correct network that matches your receiving platform or wallet. After that, enter the withdrawal address and quantity, then click [Submit]. Review the withdrawal application details to make sure everything is correct, then click [Confirm].
Step 4: Fill in the relevant security authentication codes, then click [Confirm] - [OK] to check your withdrawal status.
*The validity period of the SMS/Email verification code is 8 minutes, and the validity period of the Google verification code is 30 seconds. Please enter the verification code as soon as possible within the validity period to complete the verification.

1. Not all cryptocurrencies support withdrawals. You can only withdraw the cryptocurrencies that support withdrawals.
2. Please select the network carefully and ensure it matches the network of the platform or wallet you are withdrawing funds from. If you select the wrong network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.
3. Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount, which depends on the cryptocurrency type and network. If you don't have a sufficient amount, please convert to another cryptocurrency or choose a different network.

Q: During withdrawal, why is the recipient's information requested, and how should I proceed?
A: According to the Travel Rule, when withdrawing an amount of ≥ 1 million KRW, you need to provide the receiving platform name and the recipient's English name. The recipient’s name refers to the person who will receive the funds.

A: Once the withdrawal status shows as 'completed' in Picol, it means the funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Picol account. For any further assistance, please contact the support team of the destination wallet or exchange.
