After logging in, click [Wallet] - [Withdraw] - [Withdraw]. At the bottom of the webpage, you will be able to see the "Withdrawal history".
Various withdrawal statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| Reviewing | Your withdrawal request has been received and is under manual review. The review process may take up to 30 minutes. |
| Processing | Your withdrawal has been verified and approved. We are currently transferring your assets out of Picol, which is expected to take just a few seconds. Please be patient. |
| Network confirmation | Your withdrawal request has been submitted and is being processed on the blockchain. The assets have been transferred out of Picol and will be credited after multiple confirmations. Depending on the blockchain speed, this may take up to one hour. Please be patient. |
| Completed | Your withdrawal request has been processed, and funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Picol account. |
| Canceled | You have canceled your withdrawal request. |
| Rejected | Your withdrawal request was rejected by our system. |
FAQ
Q: I withdrew via the wrong chain, used the wrong currency, or my withdrawal has not arrived. Can I recover my funds?
A: Once the withdrawal status shows as 'Complete' in Picol, it means the funds have been successfully withdrawn from your Picol account. For any further assistance, please contact the receiving exchange/wallet support team.
Q: If the withdrawal is processing but it exceeds the expected processing time, or "Rejected”, what should I do?
A: If your withdrawal is marked as “Rejected” or has exceeded the expected processing time mentioned above, please provide your Picol account's UID, along with a brief description of the issue, to our live chat support or email us at service@picol.com. We will check the progress of the withdrawal for you as soon as possible after receiving it.
Q: Why is there no TXID (Transaction Hash) for internal withdrawals on Picol?
A: For internal withdrawals, there will not be any TXID (Transaction Hash) as internal transfers are conducted within the Picol platform and do not pass through any blockchain.
Q: Can I withdraw money from Picol to any address or platform?
A: Do not withdraw funds from Picol to sanctioned or high-risk entities, as this may result in restrictions on your account. Part of high-risk/sanctioned entities and cryptocurrency exchanges, and part of entities and cryptocurrency exchanges in sanctioned regions: Huione pay(汇旺)、Tornado Cash、Garantex、Suex、Nobitex, and AbanTether.
