This guide applies to accounts that have been bound to an email address or phone number. If the originally bound email or phone number becomes unusable (while Google Authenticator and password are still working normally), please follow these steps to change or unbind.

Step 1: Open the Picol app, click [Account] - [Sign in]. Choose your preferred login method, enter your login credentials, and then click [Next Step].
Step 2: Click [Lost 2-factor authentication?], review the conditions and requirements, then click [Start]. Enter your account email/phone number and password, and click [Next] to continue.
Step 3: Select an authenticator you wish to disable and click [Next]. Enter the verification codes, then click [Next] again to complete the questionnaire. Finally, click [Submit] to finish your application.
Web operation step
Step 1: Click here to access the reset page. Please read the instructions, click [Start], enter your email/phone number and password, then click [Next].
Step 2: Select an authenticator you wish to disable, then click [Next]. Enter the verification codes, and then click [Next] again.
Step 3: Complete the questionnaire, and finally click [Submit] to finish your application.

Q: Is there anything I need to pay attention to when filling in the questions?
A: When filling out the questionnaire, please provide accurate details to help us verify your account. Below are some key points to keep in mind:
Registration Time: (Registration typically generates system emails or text messages with a verification code. Please trace back the registration date through such communications. Providing the year and month is sufficient.)
Username: (Please answer with the username you set for your Picol account. If you didn't set one, please answer "None".)
Trading Pair with Bot: (e.g., Spot Grid ETH/USDT).
Q: What should I do after I apply to unbinding?
A: After you successfully submit your application, we will review it within 72 hours and notify you via email or SMS.
Q: Why can't I withdraw assets after unbinding?
A: For risk control reasons, the system will prohibit asset withdrawals for 72 hours after the unbinding has occurred on your account to ensure the safety of your account assets.
